Robyn McGuffin Hensch

Robyn is a true event professional with over 15 years of experience in creating meaningful events, many of which have been for local unions. Her motto is, "As the host of your party, you should enjoy yourself and let me take the stress off your plate." She will guide your local graciously -- and always with a smile -- throughout the planning process, from concept to execution and become an extension of your team.

Robyn's degree is in Communications and Television Management, but her event career began while working at a top radio station in Cleveland. From there, she spent over eight years as the Sponsorship Manager at Playhouse Square, the second-largest performing arts center in the country, where she was tasked with creating unique event experiences for major corporations such as Lexus, Coca Cola, United Airlines, KeyBank, Cleveland Clinic, U.S. Bank, Bacardi, Tito's Handmade Vodka, First Energy and more.  From there, she went onto the world-renowned accounting firm Ernst & Young as a National Event Planner, where they managed up to 30 events at any given time.

No stranger to Unions and Organized Labor, Robyn was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where her father and grandfather are retired union members. She also loves to travel -- so get her started on your event, no matter the distance!
