Ironworkers Local No. 290

Dayton, Ohio

Ironworkers Local 290 has proudly been erecting Greater Dayton, Ohio (the "Birthplace of Aviation" and home of the Wright Brothers) for 100 Years and celebrated its Centennial Anniversary with a gala Dinner/Dance Event on June 15, 2019, at Sinclair Conference Center.

Union Events handled every aspect of the event, from start to finish, including venue, catering and entertainment arrangements — all at NO COST for Union Histories’ services to the local!

Union Histories also produced a full History Book of Local 290’s 100-year history for the event, as well as a video slideshow, invitations, a logo and signage, and Union Histories also generated funds for the local through sponsorship sales.

"I want to commend and say 'Thank You' to Union Histories for all of the many hours of research and planning that went into our 100th Anniversary History Book and Event. It surpassed my expectations for how well it would go! Our keepsake History Book turned out phenomenal and I have had nothing but great feedback from our retirees for the memories that it captured.  The event management did a fantastic job in planning the venue and with all the behind-the-scenes work. I highly recommend Union Histories to anyone that is planning an event."
